Description
Our dress MARIPOSA (Butterfly) has exquisite hand-knitted work around the bodice, and wing-like sleeves, decorated with Swarovski crystal embellishments around the bodice and neck.
This Dress is inspired by The Caterpillar in the ballet Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, a role Fernando performed many times with the Royal Ballet at Covent Garden. The Butterfly miraculously evolves, magically turning into a beautiful and colourful creature.
We use the blue, lilac and white hues from the Rainbow Mountains in Peru. You may also be interested in our Dress PEACOCK.
